Helping Those Who Live With Significant Health Conditions
What if you could learn to use your mind
to relieve your symptoms?

What if you could do these things, on your own, without any medication or input from any other person?

How might that help you?
Born out of our personal challenges we have explored and investigated,
studied and applied a range of techniques to help others
relieve and manage pain and other symptoms.
Pain Relief Without Pills
There are many ways that we can use how we think, feel and act to help us manage pain. Some are easy to learn, some take practice. And some, even though we don't realise it, we already know and use.
Art of Pain Relief
In my experience the real trick when managing pain and other symptoms is in how we direct our attention. Some call it distraction. I like to think of it more as purposeful focusing. In this Programme Gemma and I will lead you through some art based activities and some techniques that can help you use more of what your mind is capable of so that you can better manage symptoms.
A Great Night's Sleep
It was out of necessity that I learned to sleep better. That was 15 years ago. These days, I'm asleep within minutes of getting into bed. In this series I want to share with you what I learned.
The Power Nap Cafe
I am convinced that there are significant benefits in having an appropriately timed power nap. In this series there are 6 sessions lasting an hour each.
They are held online and take place either during lunchtime or a short time afterwards.
